Privacy Policy
Last updated September 30, 2026
This explains what GOT3D (run by 3D My Biz LLC) collects, why, and your choices. We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t run ad trackers.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name or business name, handle, email, password (stored scrambled — we can’t read it), profile type, bio, links, avatar, and — for agents — license number and brokerage. Pros also give their service area and services.
- What you post: tour links, spins and photos, titles, descriptions, keywords, locations and places you pick, and extra links. Public posts are visible to everyone; link-only and private posts are limited as you choose.
- Camera: when you shoot a spin in GOT3D, the camera runs on your device. Only the photos you choose to create a spin with are uploaded. We don’t record audio.
- Activity: saves, follows, reports, job requests and leads, hand-offs, and view counts.
- Technical: your IP address (used to stop password-guessing and abuse), browser type, and server logs kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies and storage: one essential cookie keeps you logged in. Your device may also remember small conveniences like dismissed tips. No advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run GOT3D: show your profile and posts, make Retro Cards, QR cards and embeds, match job requests with nearby pros, and pass tours between owners.
- To email you about your account: confirmations, password resets, leads, claims and important changes.
- To keep GOT3D safe: stop spam, fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To improve GOT3D and to follow the law.
Who we share it with
- Everyone, for what you choose to make public.
- Service providers who help us run GOT3D — hosting (Hostinger), email delivery, and Cloudflare, which we use to look up places from Google.
- Google, when you search for a place or a page shows a map or Street View: Google receives the search or your IP address under its own privacy policy. Embedded tours (Matterport, Zillow, YouTube…) and fonts load from those companies too.
- Pros and customers, when you send or accept a job request — only what’s needed to connect you.
- The law: when required by law, or to protect people’s safety and our rights.
- A new owner, if GOT3D or 3D My Biz LLC is sold or merged; this policy would still apply to your data.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete a post or your account, we remove it from GOT3D; backup copies are erased within about 30 days. We may keep what the law requires or what we need to settle disputes and stop abuse.
Your choices and rights
- Edit your profile and posts in My Zone at any time, and set posts to link-only or private.
- Ask to see, correct, download or delete your information: email myspace@got3d.net. We answer within 30 days and won’t treat you differently for asking.
- California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete, correct and limit use of personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share personal information for advertising.
Kids
GOT3D is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email myspace@got3d.net and we will delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections, scrambled passwords, login limits and daily backups. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password you don’t use elsewhere.
Changes
If we change this policy in an important way, we’ll post a notice or email you. Questions: myspace@got3d.net · 3D My Biz LLC, California.
